If you receive a suspicious message concerning your reservation:

  • Do not reply, and do not click on any links or attachments.
  • Do not enter any personal, login or payment details.
  • Do not send copies of identity documents or security codes.
  • If you have already entered your details, contact your bank immediately, block your card and change your passwords.
     

If you are unsure whether a message is genuine, please contact us using the hotel’s official contact details on our website, not those provided in the message. We will be happy to verify it for you.
